Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or failure to attend an appointment will incur a 100% charge. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time and the full session fee will apply. We understand that unexpected emergencies can arise.
