About the event
Join Rachael & Maureen for a cosy afternoon to prepare for the change in season. A wonderful way to prepare to honour the shortest day of the year and find deep rest and renewal.
You'll be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your pulse points to relax you. You'll have the opportunity to choose a card with a positive affirmation and use this to set your intention for the session. We will start the session by enjoying heart warming ceremonial grade cacao together, to create space for rest and reflection. A guided meditation will help us relax into the space and allow the cacao to settle in our bodies. This will be followed by slow deliberate movements to allow for deep stretching & powerful release of tension in the connective tissues. Then we'll snuggle up in cosy blankets…
