What to expect:
An extra special cosy evening of winter rest and reflection as we approach the busy festive period and as the year comes to an end.....
You will be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples. There will be the opportunity for an individual oracle card pull to help you set a personal intention. The session starts with a cup of calming ceremonial grade cacao together, followed by some simple breathwork and a guided meditation to reflect on this year and focus on what really matters. You will then settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in your blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you choose to use it.
