As the seasons shift and the light begins its gentle descent, join us for a deeply restorative sound journey honouring the Autumn Equinox. This immersive experience invites you to pause, rebalance, and reconnect with your inner stillness at this moment of equal light and dark. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes, and grounding instruments, you’ll be guided into a state of calm reflection to release what no longer serves you and welcome the clarity and steadiness of the season ahead.
As our time together comes to a close, you’ll be guided back slowly with music and enjoy a warm drink and grounding chocolate before leaving feeling rested, balanced and with a deeper connection to the natural rhythm of the seasons.
It is advisable to wear comfortable layers so you can warm up/cool down as necessary (this venue is warm!) and bring a bottle of water.…
