It will soon be the arrival of Spring and the earth is coming alive again! The dark months are finally over and we're moving into the warmth of the light with fresh warm energy to make you feel alive and inspired. Spirit is waking up with new ideas and new dreams and this session provides the perfect opportunity to consider what you want to see grow in your life. What you want to harvest at this time of year and which seeds you are going to plant?
You'll be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples. The session starts with some simple breathwork and a guided meditation. We will then set intentions for the months ahead by planting seeds in small pots which you'll take home with you so you can watch your intentions grow…
