SOOTHE AND SURRENDER - A November Sound Bath Journey

As the world slows and the days grow softer, November invites us to release what we’ve been carrying and settle into deeper rest. Soothe and Surrender is a gentle, restorative sound bath event created to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

We’ll begin with simple breathwork and Reiki healing to prepare the body for rest. From there, you’ll be guided into a soothing sound immersion with a selection of sound bowls, gong, and chimes where each vibration encourages the body to soften and the mind to quieten. This will support emotional release, energetic clearing, and deep nervous‑system calm, offering a nourishing pause before the busy festive season begins.

As our time together draws to a close, you’ll be guided back slowly with soft music and grounding practices, followed by a warm drink and grounding chocolate. You’ll leave feeling soothed, softened, and gently renewed.
