What to expect:

You’ll be warmly welcomed and gently supported in choosing the perfect spot for you. You’ll be offered essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples, and there will be an opportunity for an individual oracle card pull to help you set a personal intention for the session. We’ll begin with simple, grounding breathwork and a guided summer meditation to invite in the essence of the season ☀️. You’ll then settle onto your yoga mat, get cosy under a blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you wish. As you rest, the sounds of therapeutic healing instruments will wash over you, inviting deep relaxation and allowing solar energy to connect with you on a cellular level - filling you with positivity, motivation, and a renewed sense of purpose.
