About the event
The longer days mean we naturally cram a lot more into our days! This session provides the perfect opportunity to rest and retreat and have some time for you during this busy summer month.
You'll be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples. There will be the opportunity for an individual oracle card pull to help you set a personal intention. The session starts with some simple breathwork, a guided meditation and Reiki healing to help you relax. You will then settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in your blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you choose to use it. You then let yourself drift and allow the sounds of the therapeutic healing instruments to wash over you restoring and replenishing your energy. When our time together comes to an end,…
