You’ll be gently welcomed and guided to your perfect spot, with calming essential oils offered for your wrists and temples to help you sink into the space. An individual oracle card pull will support you in setting a personal intention for your experience. Together, we’ll open by exploring the power of gratitude, followed by a soothing, heart-centered guided meditation.
The, nestle onto your yoga mat and wrap yourself in your blanket, with the option of a lavender-scented eye pillow for extra comfort. Allow the soothing sounds of therapeutic healing instruments to carry you into a deep, restorative rest, where gratitude fills every breath. When our time together softly comes to an end, you’ll be gently awakened with relaxing music and grounding Reiki energy.
