What to expect:

You’ll be welcomed and supported in choosing the perfect spot, with essential oils offered for your wrists and temples to help you relax into the space. An individual oracle card pull will be available to help you set a personal intention for your experience. We’ll open with a gentle meditation that weaves chanting with fingertip pressure, helping to harmonise the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and create space for a deep inner reset.

You’ll then settle onto your yoga mat and snuggle into your blanket, with the option of a lavender eye pillow for added comfort. As you relax, allow yourself to drift while the sounds of therapeutic healing instruments guide you into a state of deep rest and restoration.
