Come and enjoy a cosy candlelit evening where you can press the pause button and take some time out for you.
You'll be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your pulse points to relax you. You'll have the opportunity to choose a card with a positive affirmation and use this to set your intention for the session. We will start the session by enjoying a drink of heartwarming ceremonial grade cacao together, otherwise known as 'food of the gods'. A guided meditation will help us relax into the space and allow the cacao to settle in our bodies. This will be followed by a mindful pilates session to ease stress and tension in our bodies.
