RESET & REBALANCE SUMMER SOUND BATH EVENT (GLOSSOP)

This session provides the perfect opportunity to reset and rebalance as we reach the half point of this year. You'll be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples to relax you. You'll have the opportunity to choose a card with a positive affirmation and use this to set your intention for the session. You'll then settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in your blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you choose to use it.

The sessions starts with some simple breathwork and a chakra balancing meditation. You then let yourself drift and allow the sounds of the metal and crystal bowls to wash over you creating a sense of inner calm, relaxation and tranquility. Each note you hear has a purpose.
