What to expect:

In order for the trees and plants to continue to grow and evolve; this is the season when they must let go. For trees, this means dropping old leaves so that next Spring they can sprout new leaves, new life and new growth.  We must also do this work in our lives in order to continue to expand and grow. This is the season to start looking inward and releasing old stories, false limiting beliefs and things that no longer serve us.

You will be guided on a deeply therapeutic sonic experience to a place of inner stillness, and supported to let go of things that are no longer serving you; those old patterns and destructive habits.
