What to expect:
A nurturing and nourishing evening to help you pause from the busyness of the season and help you go with the flow and tune into the energy of the colder months.Â
You will be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples to relax you. There will be the opportunity for an individual oracle card pull to help you set a personal intention. The session starts with some simple breathwork, a guided meditation and Reiki healing. You will then settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in a blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you choose to use it. You then let yourself drift and allow the sounds of the therapeutic healing instruments to wash over you creating a sense of inner calm, relaxation and tranquillity. When our time together…
