NURTURE & NOURISH EVENT (BROADBOTTOM)

This session provides the perfect opportunity to just 'be' while you are nurtured and nourished. You'll be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples to relax you. You'll have the opportunity to choose a card with a positive affirmation and use this to set your intention for the session. You'll then settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in a warm blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you choose to use it. The sessions starts with some simple breathwork and meditation and if you choose, you will receive Reiki healing and a facial and scalp massage and feel a wonderful glowing radiance flowing through and around you while you settle and relax.
