NURTURE & NOURISH

This session provides the perfect opportunity to just 'be' while you are nurtured and nourished. You'll be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples to relax you. You'll then settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in a warm blanket, with a lavender eye mask if you choose to use it. The sessions starts with some simple breathwork and meditation while you let yourself drift and allow the sounds of the crystal singing bowls to wash over you creating a sense of inner calm, relaxation and tranquility. At the same time, if you choose, you will receive Reiki healing and a facial and scalp massage and feel a wonderful glowing radiance flowing through and around you.
