NEW MOON CYCLICAL SOUND BATH EVENT (BROADBOTTOM)

Around the time of a new moon, we are invited to find deep restorative rest, to draw back from the act of doing and journey into the embodiment of being. In this session, we honour the fact that as cyclical beings we are not designed to be in full power mode all of the time, and we'll find stillness, connection and grounding through breathwork, meditation and sound. The meditation and breathwork will expand and open our consciousness and the sound will bathe our bodies in restorative vibrations......

You'll be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your pulse points to relax you. You'll have the opportunity to choose a card with a positive affirmation and use this to set your intention for the session.
