MOON SOUND BATH EVENT (GLOSSOP)

The first quarter moon phase is often a period where obstacles tend to raise their head and where decisions need to be made. Around this time we are invited to reassess, make adjustments and move forward with determination. In this session, we honour the fact that as cyclical beings, this moon phase symbolises a time of action, decisions and commitment. The focus of the meditation, breathwork and sound will be moving forwards.

You'll be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your pulse points to relax you. You'll have the opportunity to choose a card with a positive affirmation and use this to set your intention for the session.

You'll then settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in a warm blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you choose to use it. The session starts with…
