About the event
This session provides the perfect opportunity to say "I love you" to yourself while you are wrapped in beautiful loving energy. You'll be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples to relax you. You'll have the opportunity to choose a card with a loving affirmation and use this to set your intention for the session. You'll receive your own beautiful rose quartz crystal (which you take home with you) and be guided on how to connect with your crystal and care for it after the session.
You'll then settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in a warm blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you choose to use it. The session starts with some simple breathwork and meditation, you will also bathe in the unconditional loving energy of rose quartz crystals  and…
