A cosy evening of peace and presence as you learn about the heart chakra and connect with this energy centre that is responsible for love and compassion 💚.......
You will be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples. There will be the opportunity for an individual oracle card pull to help you set a personal intention. The session starts with some simple breathwork and guided meditation to connect with your heart space, that beautiful place of inner knowing. You will then settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in your blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you choose to use it. You then let yourself drift while the sounds of the therapeutic healing instruments will soften your heart space allowing feelings of love, compassion, connection, self-awareness and inner knowing.…
