About the event
Practicing gratitude has incredible effects, from improving our mental health to boosting our relationships with others. Living life with gratitude heps us notice the little wins and each of these little moments string together to create a web of well-being that, over time, stengthens our ability to notice the good.
This session provides the perfect opportunity to just 'be' while you also learn about the benefits of living life with gratitude. You'll be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples to relax you. You'll have the opportunity to choose a card with a positive affirmation and use this to set your intention for the session.
The session starts with some simple breathwork and a guided meditation focusing on practicing gratitude. You'll then settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in a blanket, with…
