About the event
What to expect:
A nourishing evening where you can enjoy some quality time together in a calm and supportive space to help you press the pause button and prepare for the week ahead. This session is a lovely mix of playfulness and calm.
You will be offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples when you arrive to help you all settle into the space. The session starts with some simple breathwork and there'll be an introduction to the instruments. You'll then snuggle down in your cosy blankets letting yourselves drift while listening to the relaxing sounds. When the session comes to an end, you'll be offered a little grounding snack before leaving feeling completely zen.
No previous experience is necessary. Just come with an open heart and willingness to share the joy of the breath and sound.
