What to expect:
A soothing, immersive evening to help you take a pause, reduce stress, calm the mind, restore inner peace and escape the wintry weather....
You will be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples. There will be the opportunity for an individual oracle card pull to help you set a personal intention. The session starts with some simple breathwork, a guided meditation where we'll take a trip to a beautiful beach. You will then settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in your blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you choose to use it. You then let yourself drift while the sounds of the therapeutic healing instruments will evoke the relaxing sounds of the ocean.
