We’ll begin with gentle grounding to help you settle and soften as you step away from festive busyness. From there, you’ll be guided through a soothing sound journey using sound bowls, chimes and other calming frequencies that invite the body to relax and the mind to settle. As the vibrations move through you, tension eases, breath deepens and your nervous system shifts into deep restoration.
