AWAKENING THE HEART - Sound Bath Journey

This intimate evening for just two guests offers a peaceful space to slow down, breathe deeply and cultivate feelings of self-love, compassion and gratitude. Settling into the comfort of our zero gravity chairs, you'll be gently guided through a heart-centred meditation designed to help you release emotional tension and open more fully to joy, connection and inner peace.

As you relax, the soothing sounds and vibrations of therapeutic healing instruments will wash over you, creating a deeply restorative experience for mind, body and spirit. The frequencies encourage the nervous system to settle, helping you move beyond the busyness of everyday life and into a place of calm presence and renewal. Whether you are attending with a partner, friend, family member or simply sharing the space with a fellow guest, this special evening offers an opportunity to nurture your well-being and reconnect with the qualities of kindness, love and appreciation
