Autumn Alignment Sound Bath Event (Broadbottom)

What to expect:

As the vibrant colours of summer give way to the crisp, golden tones of Autumn, there's no better time to embrace the season of relaxation and renewal. And this event is designed to help you do just that! 

You will be welcomed and helped to choose the perfect spot for you and offered some essential oils to pop on your wrists and temples to relax you. There will be the opportunity for an individual oracle card pull to help you set a personal intention. You will settle down on a yoga mat and get snuggled in your blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you choose to use it. You will be guided through a body scan meditation to help you settle and receive a short scalp massage for a little extra pampering.
