Please note if out of stock it will take up to 7 days for delivery as candles are handmade and hand poured.
Candles can be returned or refunded under certain conditions:
- Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
- Products damaged during shipment can be replaced or refunded if photographic proof of damage is submitted to the company within 7 days of delivery.
- Unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Candles are eligible for return if the wick has not been burned, broken, or altered in any way.
- Returns are accepted if the company is contacted within 7 days upon delivery of the order.
