About the event
This is a gentle and immersive 45 minute relaxing journey where you'll bathe in sound waves produced by a variety of healing instruments which will support you into a state of harmony and balance. You'll leave feeling calm, peaceful and replenished!
You'll settle on a yoga mat, get snuggled in a blanket, with a lavender eye pillow if you choose to use it. The session starts with some simple breathwork to settle you and then you drift allowing the sounds to wash over you.
It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. Yoga mats, bolster cushions and eye pillows are provided but please bring a pillow, blanket and anything else you need for your own comfort.
